We would like to inform you about the measures taken by SCM Life Sciences in response to the passing of the late CEO Sun-Uk Song.

There were many opinions from the expert advisory group that this could hurt the company's image, so they refrained from taking action. 

However, through several chat rooms, we have received many reports from shareholders that rumors that severely damage the dignity of the deceased have been formed and spread.

Accordingly, at the 8th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, a brief video was produced and shared with shareholders to provide truthful information to shareholders who have invested in valuable assets in the company. 

However, contrary to our sincere feelings, some shareholders sent e-mails stating that they would convey related data and their thoughts to the broadcasting media based on personal judgment.

And he expressed without hesitation that he would continue to lose dignity to us and ‘press the company’.

Also, you frequently used words that could affect the stock price, such as to sell the company. 

As there is a growing possibility that such malicious rumors and actions based on personal judgment can harm the stock price, and the property of all shareholders, we have decided that it is time to fundamentally block them.

For the sake of many of our shareholders, we would like to share information related to the passing of the late CEO Sun-Uk Song. At the same time,

we were going to share the video released at the general shareholders' meeting, but we ask for your understanding that we decided not to disclose it according to the wishes of the bereaved family.

ⅱ. The late CEO Sun Uk. Song passed away on March 10, 2022.

ⅲ. On March 12, 2022, the autopsy was decided according to the will of the bereaved family, and the autopsy was conducted under the direction of the prosecution, and the National Forensic Service was preparing a report.
